- Robust experience in Automotive Embedded Software development.
- Proficient in Embedded C and bare-metal MCU development.
- Good understanding of Multi-ECU architecture and automotive embedded systems.
- Exposure to ASPICE and ISO 26262 development processes.
- Experience in software effort estimation and technical risk management.
- Ability to conduct technical/design/code reviews.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in ECU release planning and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
