Role : Director - Quality

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Direct and oversee the quality function for claims operations
- Work with the Operations Leader in establishing standardized policies and procedures for the administration of insurance claims related to leave absence
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to enhance claims handling efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor claims processing, review outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality gaps

Performance Metrics
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Staff Development:
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to staff on complex claims scenarios.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skilled growth.

Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with senior management, underwriters, and other departments to align quality goals.
- Communicate quality-related updates and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management:
- Mitigate risks associated with claims processing errors, fraud, and non-compliance.
- Implement preventive measures and corrective actions.
