Role Description

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own and drive marketing KRAs across both PrintStop and Mandaala. You'll scale lead generation and funnel conversion for our Enterprise vertical and build traffic for our SME vertical, while positioning both brands as thought leaders in corporate printing and gifting.

You'll lead a 4-person team (designer, content writer, performance marketer, content/graphics-video strategist) and will also hire and onboard a lead generation executive. This role reports directly to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities




- Build and execute marketing strategy aligned to business goals
- Lead and mentor a 4-person team; hire a lead generation executive
- Drive lead-gen campaigns across SME and Enterprise; own web traffic growth
- Build Mandaala's brand through Paid, Organic, and Event-led marketing
- Own PrintStop's social media presence and engagement
- Own the QL/SQL funnel and Lead-to-SQL conversion rate
- Run content, SEO, SEM, social, and email to drive SME engagement and paid-source revenue
- Track KPIs, reduce Cost per SQL, maximise ROI
- Align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on messaging
- Manage budget efficiently, tie spend to PBT impact

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Minimum 7 years digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B with lead generation as core KPI
- Value-add: experience scaling a B2B brand, SaaS background, or printing/gifting industry expos
