Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Operations, Compliance, HR & Finance lead
to oversee business operations, people management, regulatory compliance, and finance administration. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of operational excellence, HR processes, financial coordination, and statutory compliance while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal governance standards.
- Lead ISO documentation, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain compliance records, policies, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Work closely with legal and leadership teams on corporate compliance matters.

HR Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
