Skills Required:

Architectural detailing, Drawing coordination, RCC & Aluform knowledge, MEP coordination, Technical review, AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Excel, Communication, Attention to detail.

Role & responsibilities:

Review and coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure technical accuracy, quality, and constructability before issuance.
- Check architectural detailed drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Review Structural, RCC, Aluform, MEP, Fire, Landscape, Faade, and other consultant drawings.
- Identify clashes, overlaps, and coordination issues between disciplines.
- Verify architectural drawings against consultant drawings and construction requirements.
- Mark comments and communicate corrections to the internal design development team.




- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for timely resolution of comments.
- Maintain drawing revisions, quality checks, and coordination records
- Support internal teams by resolving drawing-related technical queries.

Qualification

B.Arch. / BE. Civil

Experience

8 - 20 years in architectural drawing coordination and quality control.

Preferred Project Experience

Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Hospital, Mixed-use projects.

KPIs

Drawing accuracy, Clash detection, Timely comment closure, Quality of GFC drawings, Reduction in site rework.
