Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain Personal Loan and Business Loan products to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful applications.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead management.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service experience.
- Experience in the Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
