We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Event Coordinator to manage and coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in events, campus hiring initiatives, and client interviews for high-volume Customer Experience (CX) and Business Operations hiring. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment events including walk-in drives, bulk hiring campaigns, campus recruitment, open houses, and client interview schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, recruitment teams, operations, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Plan interview calendars, venue logistics, interview panels, candidate movement, and event schedules to ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring requirements, timelines, interview plans, and recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure candidate readiness, interview attendance,



and hiring targets are achieved.
- Manage candidate registrations, interview documentation, attendance records, offer tracking, and onboarding coordination.
- Prepare recruitment event reports, daily hiring dashboards, MIS reports, and status updates for internal leadership and clients.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation, compliance records, and client reports are maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors, training institutes, and sourcing partners to maximize candidate participation during hiring events.
- Resolve candidate and client queries promptly to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Admin, and Facility teams to arrange interview venues, infrastructure, refreshments, and logistics.
