We are looking for a agile and results-driven Shift supervisor fluent in Hindi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate must ensure that during their shift, they look after the worker team, maintain productivity, maintain company assets and correct them if they are making any mistakes.
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday.
SHIFT TIMING: 8 HR SHIFT
SHIFT HOURS: 9am-6 pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the team of candidates who are working on sites.
- Maintain company assets and ensure no breaking or technical issues occur.
- Maintain the team who is working on human activity for ROBOT AI training.
- Quality-check team content and assess their productivity.
- Push yourself to achieve the output.
- Listen to managers and act accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Excellent teamwork and Handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
