KOLAB is looking for an Interior Site Supervisor for its Chandigarh Project

Salary-15-25K or as per market standards

The Candidate should be based in and around Chandigarh

Requirements-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in interior execution technicalities.
- Should be able to read and understand Interior drawings.
- Soft skills- Risk management, negotiation, time management, budgeting, and communication.

Roles and responsibilities-
- Take measurements of the site and hand them over to the designer.
- Vet all the GFC drawings and suggest changes to the designer if required.
- Research and vet contractors and vendors for a specific job. Keep an eye on onsite finances and vendor payments.
- Do material sourcing and procurement.
- Visit the site regularly to check the progress and the quality of the work.
- Communicate with the client, designer, and contractors for smooth execution of work.
- Track the timelines and quality targets for timely handover.

Pay: ₹10,090.38 - ₹30,430.68 per month
