About the Role

Looking for a creative and experienced Lead Liason Architect to join our client's team. As a Liason Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings and structures.

Responsibilities
:
- Appointment and Coordination with liaison architects, Design consultants for the project
- Supervise Designing, Detailing Working Drawing, BOQ-Quantity & Estimation of Interior & Architecture
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies on need basis
- Work with management to determine design requirements
- Appointing Various Agencies for Project Execution
- Area Working, Feasibility & Efficiency Working
- Co-Coordinating with Client, Contractors, Consultants & Vendors




- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other architects and engineers

Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (preferably with Developers)

Required Skills
:
- Thorough understanding of DCPR and local by laws
- Robust skills in Project strategy finalisation & Coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
