Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager/ Brand Manager

Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping, maintaining, and enhancing the identity, image, goodwill, and reputation of the brand. The role involves developing and implementing strategic brand initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, loyalty, and business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Brand Manager will ensure that the brand essence, values, and standards are consistently communicated across all touchpoints while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, brand positioning, and target audience.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Define, develop, and maintain the brands visual identity, including logos, colours, typography, messaging, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including digital platforms, websites,



social media, marketing materials, signage, guest touchpoints, and promotional collateral.
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and promotional activities that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content and communication strategies that reflect the brands values and resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee the production and quality of marketing collateral, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Manage and monitor the brands online presence, including websites, social media platforms, review sites, and other communication channels.
- Monitor online conversations, guest feedback, and brand sentiment, responding appropriately and professionally when required.
