About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and strategic
Education Planner
to design, implement, and improve educational programs that support students’ academic and personal development. This role is ideal for someone committed to social impact and improving access to quality education.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and plan educational programs, curricula, and interventions
- Assess student needs and design personalized learning pathways
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and program teams
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Conduct research on education trends and best practices
- Prepare reports, documentation, and impact assessments
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and outreach activities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in education planning, curriculum development, or NGO sector preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with students and communities
