Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Indore. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Daily tasks include performing routine equipment checks, following standard operating procedures, and recording production data. The role also involves inspecting output for quality, reporting any equipment issues, and collaborating with supervisors and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Adherence to safety standards, housekeeping of the work area,
and participation in periodic training are critical aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including basic inspection and measurement techniques.
- Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools safely and effectively for adjustments and minor maintenance.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, mining, or metals operations is beneficial.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, safety guidelines, and production documentation.
- Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or industrial trades is an advantage.
