Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordinating offers across multiple functions and levels. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role will involve employer branding activities, such as promoting the organization across job portals and social platforms, participating in career events, and supporting internal referral programs. The individual will also handle IT and non-IT recruitment as required, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and collaborate with HR colleagues to support onboarding and workforce planning.
