We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 23 years of hands-on software testing experience. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of testing methodologies, excels at designing and executing test scenarios, and is comfortable validating data at the database level. Experience with test automation is a solid plus.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications to design comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT testing across web and/or application platforms.
- Execute database validation writing and running SQL queries to verify data integrity, backend logic, and end-to-end data flow.
- Identify, log, and track defects using a defect-tracking tool (e.g., Azure DevOps,



JIRA); collaborate with developers to drive issues to closure.
- Reproduce, isolate, and clearly document bugs with steps, evidence, and severity/priority
- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Contribute to and maintain test documentation, traceability, and coverage reports.
- Support release cycles by validating fixes and performing regression on impacted areas.
