Role: Talent Acquisition-Inhouse recruitment

Shift Timings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (US/EST shift)

Cab & Meals: Pick, Drop & Meals to be provided.

Responsibilities•

Candidate must have excellent communication skills.

Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability.

Any graduate having recruitment experience of 3+Years would be preferred.

Sourcing and Hiring through Job Portals

Experience in sourcing candidates via professional networking and social networking sites e.g. Linkedin.

Screening candidates and identifying right candidates as per the requirement.

Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate

Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites

Accurate data reporting.





Entering data on different excel files, and using the same for report generation.

Collating data as and when required.

Maintaining a positive connect with the candidates.

Desired Candidate/s Profile

Should have 3+ year of prior experience working on the similar profile

Adept at using Microsoft Excel

Preferably from staffing organization.

Stability is a must.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Graduate in any stream

Team player, ability to work under extremely challenging environment.
