Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive to join our team in Kolkata. If you have 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, strong communication skills, and can join immediately, we want to hear from you.

As an HR executive, you will handle daily HR operations, manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles, and drive employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles via job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for current hires, including document collection, orientation, setup, and policy briefings.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, including attendance, leaves,



and performance tracking.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- HR Operations: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support grievance resolution, and ensure clear internal communication.
- Offboarding: Assist with exit formalities and documentation for full-and-final settlements.

Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in an HR role (IT industry experience preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
- Skills: Solid understanding of basic HR/recruitment processes, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and experience using job portals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability: Must be an immediate joiner residing in West Bengal.
