About the Role

Spara Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across our diverse business verticals, including Hospitality, Events, Healthcare, Corporate, Production, and Operations. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and coordinate joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
- Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring, corporate hiring, or hospitality recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
