We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales operations by managing order processing, preparing sales orders (SO), and acting as a bridge between the sales team, warehouse, and customers. The role ensures smooth coordination and timely updates throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and process Sales Orders (SO) based on inputs from the sales team
- Ensure accuracy of order details, product, quantity, and pricing
- Coordinate with warehouse team for order processing and dispatch planning
- Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and execution
- Act as a bridge between sales team, warehouse, and customers for smooth communication
- Provide regular updates to customers on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Maintain order records, customer data, and sales MIS reports
- Follow up internally to ensure order fulfillment without delays
- Handle basic customer queries related to order status and coordination

Requirements
- Graduate / B.Com / BBA (preferred)
