Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Engineer to drive B2B sales and expand our customer base across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with industrial clients. The role involves extensive travel, client meetings, technical presentations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities in industrial and engineering sectors.

Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, references, and cold calling.





Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.

Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and maintain CRM/customer database.

Travel extensively across India for customer visits and business development activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
