1.Manage traditional steel rule die and laser die manufacturing processes, lead-time, quality and efficiency that including: Steel rule bending / Rule fitting and assembly / Welding repair / Die adjustment and forming / Surface treatment
2.Coordinate with footwear manufacturing teams to: Review cutting patterns and production requirements / Confirm suitable die materials and specifications / Support cutting die trial and improvement activities
3.Complete SOP and process standardization for cutting die operations. Establish and maintain: SOPs / Work instructions / Process standards / Technical documentation / assignments from Management
4.Accumulate technical know-how, develop problem-solving capabilities, and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team.
5.Analyze cutting die section requirements from shoe production and recommend suitable materials and processes.
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities related to cutting die production. Troubleshoot related issues during trial and mass production stages.
6.Transfer technical knowledge and experience to local team members through hands-on training and coaching. Ensure effective technical inheritance and knowledge transfer.
7.Develop team capability and improve process quality, efficiency, and delivery performance. Build a capable local technical team with independent problem-solving ability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mold Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Diploma in footwear industry, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in footwear steel rule die (SRD) / cutting die manufacturing.
3. Robust technical expertise in steel rule bending, welding repair, die adjustment and forming, and surface treatment.
