- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairmans and Managing Directors residences.
- Ensure the residences are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and functionality.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, cooks, drivers, gardeners, security personnel, and domestic support staff.
- Monitor daily maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil works.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities such as power, water, internet, and backup systems.
- Coordinate with family members and personal staff to ensure all household requirements are fulfilled promptly.

Facility Management
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for residential properties and corporate office facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for all equipment and facility services.
- Maintain inventory of household assets, office equipment, furniture, and consumables.
