About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to join our Partner Support Team for the SME Insurance vertical. The selected candidate will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for partners across India, ensuring seamless support, engagement, and business growth.

Location: Kolkata

Work Model: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the SPOC for partners across West Bengal for the SME Insurance vertical.
- Coordinate with partners and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Drive product awareness and business generation through regular calling and follow-ups with both active and inactive partners.
- Provide end-to-end support and training on SME Insurance products.
- Assist partners with policy issuance, renewals, and operational queries.




- Maintain solid relationships with partners to enhance engagement and business growth.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, Broking, Banking, or the BFSI sector.
- Experience in Motor Insurance, policy issuance, and partner/agent coordination is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in the insurance industry.
