Position Overview
The Consultation Executive is responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration goals, educating them about available Canadian immigration pathways, qualifying leads,
and booking consultations with our licensed RCICs.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, CRM discipline, and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Contact fresh leads generated through Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website inquiries, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Make a minimum of 100+ outbound calls per working day to engage prospective clients and maintain consistent lead outreach.
- Respond to inbound inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Qualify prospects based on education, work experience, language proficiency, age, current country, and immigration goals.
- Understand client requirements before recommending an appropriate consultation.
