Role Responsibilities

The Facility Incharge is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and smooth daily operation of the hospitals physical infrastructure. This role ensures that all non-clinical services including housekeeping, engineering, security, biomedical waste management, and vendor operations,Cafeteria Mangement,Laundry Management function efficiently to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 15 years of facility management experience, with at least 5 years specifically within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hospital building systems, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and healthcare safety regulations.

Key Skills Competencies
- Leadership Team Management: Ability to lead diverse teams of technicians, guards, and housekeeping staff.
