Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Community Specialist role based in Jaipur. The Community Specialist will support the growth and engagement of the World Exec Summit community by managing daily interactions with members and prospective members, including responding to inquiries, facilitating introductions,



and nurturing long-term relationships. The role involves coordinating local and global community touchpoints such as events, retreats, and private dinners, ensuring a high-quality experience before, during, and after each engagement. The Community Specialist will help maintain community standards through careful review of member applications, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement. The position also includes collaborating with internal teams on communication initiatives, updating member records, and preparing reports on community health and engagement metrics.
