We're looking for a passionate and performance-driven Senior Social Media Executive to own and execute social media for our brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and platform-wise content.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral content opportunities.
- Content ideation and working closely with designers and video editors.
- Conduct phone-based content shoots for reels, BTS, and trend-led content.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content ideation, research, copywriting, and workflow efficiency.
- Track platform performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on data.




- Ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality execution across all platforms.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands, NOT agencies.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and campaign ideation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and content performance.
- Self-driven, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
