Our finance function supports multi-entity, multi-currency operations across jurisdictions and requires a senior qualified who can bring structure, control, and strategic visibility to a growing international portfolio.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager and Financial Controller who can take complete, hands-on ownership of our finance function — not just report the numbers, but command them. This is not an entry-level finance role — we need someone who has led finance functions, managed teams of accountants and bookkeepers, and reported directly to senior leadership or founders.
You will own the full finance function across our operating entities — ensuring books are accurate, taxes are current, reports reach management on time, and financial controls are tight across every country we operate in. You will also own our cash and cost visibility: a rolling 3–6 month cost plan, a live read on everything coming in and going out, and the ability to tell leadership — in seconds, not after pulling a report — exactly how many months the business can run at current revenue and expenses.
