Job Description:- Level 4 (6-9 years) experience in account management, specifically within the IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record in managing and expanding C2H IT staffing accounts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, P&L; management, and SLA compliance.
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects across various technologies.
- Ability to manage contract negotiations, closures, and renewals effectively.
- Understanding of RFP processes with experience in proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities- Own and manage key C2H IT staffing accounts, driving end-to-end delivery and revenue growth.
- Lead the acquisition of current clients and expand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct forecasting,



P&L; reviews, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee contract closures, conversions, and renewals to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Lead and coordinate delivery teams across multiple technologies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage escalations to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in RFP processes, ensuring timely and competitive proposal submissions.
- Stay informed about the IT staffing market and analyze competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
