Job Overview:

Ace Blend is looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our influencer collaborations. The role involves identifying the right influencers, managing campaigns, and ensuring impactful brand partnerships across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines, and deliverables
- Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets, and contracts
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports (reach, engagement, ROI)
- Stay updated with social media trends and emerging influencers
- Ensure brand consistency in all influencer communications

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in influencer marketing / social media management
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or influencer platforms
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
