About the role. eteraflex connects is building a Clinical Science Pod an embedded, accountable unit of clinical and scientific specialists who plug into sponsors oncology programs and our own India trials. The Clinical Science Associate is a deliberately hybrid role: you will train across site monitoring, site-side coordination, and medical/scientific oversight support, so that you understand both the medicine and the operations of a clinical trial. You will not be a single-function CRA or a single-function coordinator you will become a versatile clinical science operator who can move between India sites and embedded sponsor support as programs demand.
What youll do (responsibilities)
Site monitoring (CRA-track)
Conduct and support site monitoring visits site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out at Indian oncology centres.
Perform source data verification and review, confirming trial data against source records for accuracy and completeness.
Track site-level enrolment, identify screen-failure and recruitment gaps,
and escalate risks to the Pod Lead.
Monitor protocol compliance and positive clinical practice (GCP) at sites; document and follow up on deviations.
Site coordination investigator support (CRC / PI-support track)
Support investigators (PIs) and site coordinators (CRCs) on protocol execution, eligibility screening, and patient scheduling.
Assist sites with regulatory and ethics-committee documentation, informed consent processes, and trial master file readiness.
Coordinate biomarker and tissue-sample logistics with sites and central labs retrieval, handling, and chain-of-custody.
Act as a working bridge between the site and the sponsor/Pod, so issues are caught and resolved early.
Medical scientific support (CMO-support track)
Support the Pods Medical Scientific Lead and physicians with protocol-query resolution, eligibility clarifications, and medical-data review.
Prepare materials for and participate in safety
