- CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: Approximately 31,000 to 35,000 per month

Job Summary

Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead - Operations to manage a team of 10-15 members and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, people management skills, and experience in achieving team productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 Operations Executives.
- Monitor daily productivity and performance against business targets.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions.




- Track and improve key metrics including productivity, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention within the team.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operational delivery.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Collections, or BFSI domain.
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
