Duties And Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)1.Planning ?Drive Projects related Online acquisition of customer.?Design end-to-end online customer journey identifying all touch points and drop-off points?Identify and align with business on projects/products/initiatives for building horizontal capabilities that help in either improving processes
Required Qualifications And Experience
Education- BE/MBA
EXP-1-2yrs knowledge of COE role
Knowledge of SFDC. Problem solving
