Position Summary

We have a new position for a Senior Accounts Executive, to join the Indian finance team at our head office based in Hebbal, Bangalore, India.

About the role

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable, employee reimbursements, vendor payments, statutory compliance, and month-end closing activities. The role also supports audits, MIS reporting, and maintenance of finance dashboards to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Process vendor invoices, ensure proper approvals, and make timely payments to vendors.
- Mapping of bank transactions with both respective customer and vendor accounts.
- Review, verify, and process employee expense claims in line with company policies.
- Support month-end closing activities by ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of AP and employee expe
