Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Core Java (JDK 8 or higher) Expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles Hands-on experience with Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and File I/O Familiarity with Eclipse / IntelliJ IDEs and basic debugging Good understanding of Java 8 features (Streams, Lambda Expressions, Functional Interfaces) Basic knowledge of SQL / JDBC is an added advantage Training & Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners Passionate about teaching and continuous learning Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to create engaging learning content (slides, examples, exercises)

Responsible For

Design, plan, and deliver training sessions on Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multi-threading,



and Data Structures. Conduct theory and practical sessions to ensure participants gain hands-on coding experience. Develop and maintain training materials, assignments, and assessments. Evaluate trainees’ performance through tests, coding challenges, and projects. Stay updated with latest trends, frameworks, and tools in Java and related technologies. Provide one-on-one mentorship and doubt-solving sessions for learners. Coordinate with academic or placement teams to ensure successful course completion and trainee satisfaction. Foster a learning-oriented and positive training workplace.
