Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify current business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, engineering, sales) to develop customized proposals for RFP/RFQ responses.
- Design and implement virtualized server environments using industry-leading technologies such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
- Provide technical expertise on storage solutions including SAN/NAS architectures, data protection strategies, and performance optimization techniques.

Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in pre-sales or a related field within the IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of solution design principles, including virtualization (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V), servers (HPE ProLiant or Dell PowerEdge), and storage systems (NetApp FAS).
- Proficiency in creating compelling proposals for RFP/RFQ responses; ability to work under tight deadlines.
