What would you do- Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert.
- Serve as the primary expert on compensation structures and perks programs,



providing guidance on policy interpretation, regulatory compliance, and best practices
- Audit accurate and timely updates in HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
- Lead the resolution of complex employee inquiries and escalations related to compensation adjustments, benefits eligibility, and plan administration.
- Oversee the execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity grants, ensuring accuracy and fairness
- Act as a key contributor in system enhancements, policy updates, and process automation initiatives related to HRIS and benefits platforms.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge resources to HR teams and stakeholders on compensation and benefits topics.
- Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
