Job Title: Senior Manager - Leadership Development

Role Requirement To provide a wide range of leadership, management & qualified skills development and learning interventions to employees across the organization. To design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executing L&OD; Strategy, to include need-based development programs and interventions to enhance organizational capabilities that focus on both long-term and immediate needs.
- Managing independent projects of L&D; and Talent
- Quality the requests for learning interventions through learning needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business.
- Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements
- Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry.




- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results.
- Manage the planning, design, and implementation/delivery of all learning and development requirements.
- Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team to upscale the performance of the team and the team members.
- Facilitate and administer courses and programs that support interactive and practical application.
- Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures.
- Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process.
- Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventions
