Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, audits, and cash flow management. The candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.




- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow, banking, and working capital.
- Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Eligibility
- MBA (Finance) / CMA / CFA
- Minimum
10+ years
of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, ERP/Tally, and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
