About the Role

LendingTree is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Engineer to join our growing innovation hub in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for someone who moves seamlessly between AI research and engineering, and is excited to build agentic AI workflows, automation frameworks, and LLM-driven systems that shape the future of fintech.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design next-gen intelligent solutions, experiment with the latest advancements in LLMs, and build AI applications that directly impact millions of users.

What You'll Do
- Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities across business, product, and engineering workflows.
- Build, prototype, and deploy agentic AI systems, including RAG architectures, intelligent assistants, and LLM-powered tooling.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive AI-first innovation across LendingTree's fintech ecosystem.
- Conduct applied research on retrieval techniques, prompt engineering, fine-tuning,



and emerging LLM capabilities.
- Develop and maintain production-grade AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new open-source models, agent frameworks, and cloud AI offerings.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
- Robust understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic architectures.
- Proficiency in Python; experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or related libraries.
- Familiarity with microservices, API design, and integration patterns.
- Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and MLOps tooling is a strong plus.
- Exposure to Amazon Bedrock and its model ecosystem (Claude, Titan, Cohere, etc.) is advantageous.
