Job Role : VP – GTM, Client Engagements & Alliances

Role Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader to build and scale the revenue engine of a fast-growing AI startup. This leadership role will own enterprise sales, strategic client relationships, and technology alliances while driving the complete go-to-market strategy.

You will be responsible for acquiring current customers, expanding existing accounts, developing strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and technology vendors, and building a predictable revenue pipeline. Working directly with the founders, you will shape the commercial strategy and play a pivotal role in scaling the business globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall revenue strategy and achieve quarterly and annual business targets.
- Build and execute enterprise GTM strategies for AI, Data, and Cloud transformation services.
- Develop and manage executive relationships with enterprise customers and CXOs.




- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract closure.
- Build a high-quality enterprise pipeline through direct sales, partner channels, and strategic accounts.
- Own customer renewals, account expansion, and long-term relationship management.
- Develop and manage strategic alliances with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, Databricks, Snowflake, and other ecosystem partners.
- Manage partner programs including co-selling, deal registration, marketplace listings, funding programs, MDF utilization, and partner enablement.
- Work closely with founders to define pricing, commercial proposals, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
- Represent the company at executive meetings, customer workshops, industry events, and partner engagements.
- Build repeatable GTM playbooks, sales processes, and forecasting models to support business scale.
