performance-driven marketer
who knows how to generate qualified leads, not just clicks.

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads

✅ Proven success running campaigns for local businesses

✅ Ability to consistently meet campaign KPIs

✅ Knows how to reduce CPC
, improve CTR, increase conversion rates, and maximize
ROAS

✅ Strong understanding of audience research, targeting, exclusions, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies

✅ Can identify and target the right audience
for different industries

✅ Experience creating and optimizing
static and video ad campaigns

✅ Strong understanding of video ad scripting
, hooks, messaging, and creative testing





✅ Comfortable analyzing campaign data and making data-driven optimizations

✅ Keeps up with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads updates, AI features, and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google & Meta advertising campaigns

• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and lower acquisition costs

• Test creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages to improve results

• Build and optimize retargeting funnels

• Collaborate with our creative team on high-converting ad creatives and video concepts

• Deliver consistent results while maintaining agreed KPIs
