Job Purpose:

To plan, schedule and monitor all fit-out and manufacturing projects from bidding through closeout, ensuring optimal resource allocation, realistic timelines, and on-time, on-budget delivery across sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project schedules (L1/L2/L3) using MS Project / Primavera for retail fit-out and manufacturing projects
- Develop resource, manpower and material mobilization plans in coordination with design, procurement and site execution teams
- Track progress against baseline schedules; identify delays, critical path risks and recovery plans
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability aligned to project milestones
- Liaise with site teams across Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai to ensure planning assumptions match ground execution
- Prepare periodic progress reports,



S-curves and dashboards for management and client review
- Support bidding teams with planning inputs, timelines and feasibility during the proposal stage
- Drive process discipline across the Bidding Procurement Implementation Closeout lifecycle
- Flag scope changes, delays or resource gaps early to project leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering;
- 2-5 years of experience in construction/project planning, preferably in retail fit-out, interior, or manufacturing-led project environments
- Hands-on expertise with MS Project / Primavera P6; working knowledge of MS Excel for tracking and reporting
