Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated
Marketing Growth Lead Intern
to work directly with the Founder and lead the execution of BAOIAM's marketing initiatives.

This is not a routine internship. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive campaigns, analyze growth, and contribute to the company's brand-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities




- Plan and execute weekly marketing activities.
- Create and manage the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Writers.
- Ensure timely publishing of content across all platforms.
- Assist in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Support email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Assist in campaign planning for Meta and Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Generate creative ideas to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Work closely with the Founder to execute growth strategies.
- Maintain marketing documentation, dashboards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with other interns and departments to ensure smooth execution.
