Technical Sales Executive (Industrial Storage Solutions)Company Overview

Macwell Engineers is a manufacturer and supplier of industrial storage solutions including storage racks, mobile compactors, cupboards, lockers, and customized material handling systems. We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Executive who can independently generate business opportunities and provide consultative storage solutions to industrial and corporate customers.

Candidate Requirements1. Educational & Technical Background

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.

· Prior experience in selling technical or industrial products is preferred.

· Ability to understand and use basic engineering software such as AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

2. B2B Sales Experience & Market Understanding

· Experience in industrial and corporate sales.

· Existing network with factories, warehouses, corporate offices, contractors, architects, and industrial consultants will be an added advantage.

· Understanding of corporate procurement procedures, approval hierarchy,



and vendor registration processes.

3. Lead Generation & Sales Mindset

· Robust ability to identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industrial visits, digital platforms, and referrals.

· A proactive “hunter” mindset with the confidence to approach new customers.

· Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of managing an independent sales pipeline.

· Consistent follow-up skills and the ability to convert enquiries into orders.

4. Integrity & Professional Conduct

· High standards of honesty and commitment.

· Should not make false promises regarding delivery, pricing, specifications, or commitments to customers.

· Ability to build long-term trust-based relationships.

5. Communication & Presentation Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi will be preferred.
