Role Overview

We are looking for a
Team Leader
who can lead and inspire a team while ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Compliance, Payroll, and Business Advisory
, along with proven leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, Payroll, and Accounting services.
- Review client work for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle client queries and resolve escalations professionally.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and deadlines.
- Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.




- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Taxation, Accounting, Compliance, or Financial Advisory.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, Payroll, and Accounting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a CA Firm, Consultancy, or Financial Advisory firm is preferred.

Salary

20%–40% hike on your current CTC
(for deserving candidates based on experience and skillset).
