Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules and workflows related to various business processes.
- Integrate and configure Odoo with third-party applications and services, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, identify, and resolve issues related to Odoo functionalities.
- Work in collaboration with the project coordinators & suppliers.
- Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and ensure quality assurance of developed solutions.
- Timely delivery of project/ module.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate data protection measures.
- Optimize application performance to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer with a focus on Odoo base modules.
- Familiar with most of the core modules in Odoo.
- Bachelor’s degree(or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules.
- Promote and contribute to the open source community.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages and tools related to Odoo development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and contribute to collective objectives.
- Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
- Odoo certification is an added advantage.
