Spintly is looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to be the first point of contact for all leads. This role is responsible for qualifying prospects, ensuring CRM accuracy, assigning leads to the right sales teams, and driving timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure every lead is tracked, nurtured, and progressed through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads received from website, campaigns, partners, events, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements, project scope, timeline, and buying intent.
- Capture complete and accurate lead information in the CRM.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative based on region, industry, or account ownership.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups by the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales teams to collect regular updates on opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene.




- Monitor lead ageing and ensure no qualified opportunity is missed.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status, qualification, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Maintain SLA adherence for lead response and qualification.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in lead qualification, inside sales, sales operations, customer success, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Freshsales, HubSpot
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Positive proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
