We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, high-quality CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and review custom components, integrations, plugins, workflows, and APIs.
- Oversee deployments, release management, and CI/CD processes across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.




- Perform code reviews, resolve technical issues, and optimize application performance.
- Support sprint planning, effort estimation, technical documentation, and production support.

Qualifications
