Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Associate to join our team. This role involves handling back-office work, maintaining records, coordinating deliveries, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Office management and coordination
- Timely payment reminders and coordination
- Handling basic customer enquiries and responding to the same
- Managing courier, delivery, and visitors
- Handling calls, emails, and basic inquiries
- Back office support and data entry work
- Maintaining bills, records, and basic reports
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
- Handle stock entry and inventory records
Who Can Apply
- Education: Any graduate can apply (B.Com/BSC/BA). Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Should be organized and responsible in daily work
Valuable to Have
- Knowledge of inventory handling or billing entries
- Experience in back-office or admin work
- Basic understanding of stock management
